Refund Policy

We know stuff will happen.

If you let us know at least a day in advance, we can refund or reschedule your event. No problem.

If something happens the day of the event, we can reschedule to another time.
If weather is an issue, we will reschedule or refund as you desire. (Note, if it is heavy persistent rain or lightning, we do not play. We will stay in contact with you during questionable weather days.)

Private parties require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or refund so we can be fair to our staff scheduling and open space for other reservations.
